• Living area: 130 m2
   
• Main building: On the ground floor there's a generous living space with cooking area, dining table with corner bench and lounge stools, sofa corner, flat screen television with satellite TV, WC, and wood-burning stove
  On the upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, main bathroom with shower/WC as well as a further WC, small writing table, cupboard space.
   
• Secondary building: Bedroom with 2 single beds and a refined bathroom/cupboard combination with shower and WC, flat screen television with satellite TV.
   
• Kitchen equipment: Refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, convection oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery and basic goods such as oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, spices and kitchen towels.
   
• Room furnishings: Antiallergenic mattresses, down-filled pillows, down-filled quilts, bedding, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, slippers.
   
• Internet: Wi-Fi in the entire lodge.
   
• Non-smoking building: for safety reasons smoking throughout the entire chalet is strictly forbidden.
   
• Check in/out: The chalet is available from 3p.m. on the day of your arrival. You can stay in the lodge until 11a.m. on the day of your departure. Please let us know when you are expecting to arrive.
   
• Pets: Are only allowed by prior permission.
   
• Reservation/Deposit: The reservation is binding upon payment of a 25% deposit (25 % of the rental price).
   

• Final cleaning: There is a mandatory final cleaning charge of 200,- Euros.
   
• Parking: During summer it is possible to drive right up to the lodge. In winter, please park your car at least 200 metres away as a cross-country slope passes close to the chalet.

In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained as processing fee.

Cancellation policy with travel cancellation insurance

• In case of a cancellation 30 days prior to the booked arrival date no cancellation fee applies
• In case of a cancellation 29 - 15 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 50% of the booked value
• For cancellations 14 - 4 days prior to the booked arrival date 70% of the booked value
• For cancellations within 3 days prior to the booked arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked value
